Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 3-5 Years in IT / Digital Services Sales
Role Type: Individual Contributor – New Business Acquisition
Location: Coimbatore
Role Mission
To drive new revenue for Infinit Solutions by acquiring high-value B2B clients, building a predictable sales pipeline, and contributing directly to annual growth targets.
This is a pure hunter role focused on new client acquisition and revenue generation, not account management.
Revenue & Performance Expectations
- Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Consistently generate qualified client meetings
- Maintain a strong closure ratio benchmark
- Drive higher average deal size and profitability
- Ensure structured weekly outbound activity tracking
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to improve conversions and client success
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
- Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Schedule meetings, present company services to potential clients, and understand their business requirements.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and agreements with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals.
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track sales activities, maintain pipeline updates, and share regular reports with management.
Required Profile
- 3+ years in IT / Digital Services B2B sales
- Experience in service-based sales (not product-only)
- Proven track record of new client acquisition
- Comfortable with outbound sales (not dependent on marketing leads)
- Experience working in 20–100 employee companies preferred
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Data-driven and CRM disciplined
This Role Is NOT For
- Account managers only handling existing clients
- Candidates dependent only on inbound leads
- Relationship managers without strong closing ability
- Those uncomfortable with aggressive targets
