Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through market research, networking, and outreach, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The Senior Business Development Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. The position includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Daily activities also include collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, participating in client meetings and presentations, and representing the company at industry events when required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Business acumen, including the ability to understand client operations, identify needs, and propose relevant protection or security solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven Account Management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in security, facilities management, or related service sectors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic sales reporting.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical and transparent business practices.
