Senior Business Development Executive (IT Services & Consulting)
We are an IT consulting and technology solutions company with operations in both the USA and India, delivering high-impact technology services to global clients.
Our core offerings include Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, and Custom Software Development.
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic business development.
💼 Role Overview
This is a performance-focused role responsible for generating qualified business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and driving the early stages of the sales cycle in close collaboration with leadership and technical teams.
The role requires strong ownership of revenue generation and the ability to work independently in building a strong sales pipeline.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and professional networks
- Engage with decision-makers and enterprise clients
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Present company capabilities in collaboration with technical leadership
- Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up with prospects and drive deal progression
- Support closure of high-value deals
- Consistently meet revenue and pipeline targets
🧠 Required Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or consulting
- Proven track record of generating revenue from scratch (hunter mindset)
- Strong outbound sales experience (LinkedIn, cold email, direct outreach)
- Ability to independently build and manage a pipeline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-growth environment
⭐ Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT services / software / consulting sales
- Exposure to international clients (USA/Europe preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions
🌍 Engagement Model
We are open to multiple engagement structures based on experience and fit, including:
- Full-time employment

- Commission-based or hybrid performance model
- Business-to-business (C2C) engagement where applicable
Compensation will be structured based on experience, capability, and mutual agreement.
