Hiring Senior Business Development Executive– Corporate Business Development (Onsite | Noida)
Location: Noida (Onsite – Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: ₹4–6 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. and EducationNest, a leading provider of corporate training and workforce development solutions, is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to lead B2B client acquisition, drive strategic partnerships, and support revenue growth through customized learning solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Corporate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships with HR and L&D leaders, and closing high-value contracts across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy focused on enterprise clients
-Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across all industries
-Build and manage long-term relationships with HR, L&D heads, and CXOs
-Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training delivery
-Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular performance reports, and achieve revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C/B2B/enterprise sales
-Proven track record in closing large, high-value deals and managing key accounts
-Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
-Strong understanding of learning & development trends and client-centric solutioning
-Proficiency in CRM tools
