Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the UK IT market. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and closing deals for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients
- Perform lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales
- Proven track record in handling UK clients
- Strong knowledge of IT services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Ability to work in UK time zones
Preferred Skills
- Experience in international IT sales (UK region)
- Strong LinkedIn lead generation and outreach expertise
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end client communication
