Role Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Senior Business Development Executive to expand our presence across South India.
In this role, you will drive student enrollments, institutional tie-ups, and revenue growth, while acting as a career guide for aspiring learners. If you enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and working in a high-energy environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment conversion
- Build and nurture B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes
- Generate leads through field activities, networking, and regional campaigns
- Counsel students and professionals on suitable career programs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars in regional languages
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute local lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools
- Travel across South India for events, meetings, and partner engagement
Candidate Profile
- 1–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / EdTech Sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Multilingual proficiency: English + Hindi + any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an added advantage)
- Comfortable with field sales, presentations, and client interaction
