Role Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Senior Business Development Executive to expand our presence across South India.

In this role, you will drive student enrollments, institutional tie-ups, and revenue growth, while acting as a career guide for aspiring learners. If you enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and working in a high-energy environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment conversion
  • Build and nurture B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes
  • Generate leads through field activities, networking, and regional campaigns
  • Counsel students and professionals on suitable career programs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars in regional languages
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute local lead generation strategies
  • Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools
  • Travel across South India for events, meetings, and partner engagement


Candidate Profile

  • 1–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / EdTech Sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Multilingual proficiency: English + Hindi + any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an added advantage)
  • Comfortable with field sales, presentations, and client interaction
