Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Executive to lead student acquisition and institutional partnerships across South India.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, understands regional markets, and is passionate about guiding students toward meaningful career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrollments and revenue growth for training programs
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with colleges, institutes, and training centers
- Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and local outreach
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → counseling → conversion
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops in regional languages
- Collaborate with marketing teams for regional campaigns and lead generation
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and track performance metrics
- Travel across South India for events, meetings, and partner engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–6 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales
- Strong track record of achieving targets and conversions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English + Hindi + at least one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
