Job Description – Senior Business Development Executive
About Addend Analytics:
Addend Analytics is a Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering Data Analytics and ERP solutions to clients across the United States. We help organizations unlock value from their data using Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
Work Location: Kharghar, New Mumbai (From Office)
Work Shift:
• 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Office)
• 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from Home)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and lead qualification for the U.S. market.
This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 60+ cold calls daily targeting companies in the U.S. market
• Identify potential prospects and decision makers in U.S.-based companies
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
• Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the leadership team
• Maintain prospect and activity data in CRM tools
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for follow-ups
• Track outreach metrics and meeting conversion performance
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in business development or international lead generation.
Preferred past experience:
• Overseas Digital Marketing Agencies
• U.S. focused Recruitment Agencies
• IT Services companies
• IT software / license sellers
(IT services experience preferred but not mandatory.)
Skills Required
• Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience
• Excellent English communication
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
• Target-driven mindset
