Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development - Equity RM located in Nanded. The role involves identifying and generating leads for potential clients, conducting market research to understand trends and opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client requirements and market data
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presenting financial solutions
- Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition processes
- Proficiency in market research to identify opportunities and industry trends
- Customer service skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Financial domain knowledge is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles in the financial sector is a plus
