Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Business Development - Equity RM based in Jalna. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Responsibilities include managing and building relationships with clients, offering expert recommendations on portfolio management and equity trading, and delivering top-tier customer service. The candidate will also work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve defined business growth targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Expertise in Lead Generation and customer acquisition techniques
- Customer Service experience to ensure consistent client satisfaction
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and growth targets
- Professional understanding of equity and financial markets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software is beneficial
