Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, conducting market analysis, and devising strategies to meet sales and business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Partnership Building
- Strong skills in Market Research, Financial Analysis, and Business Forecasting
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation Skills
- Experience in preparing Proposals and developing Sales Strategies
- Understanding of industry trends, with experience in consulting or professional services being advantageous
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
