Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Associate to join our team on-site in Noida. In this role, you will focus on identifying business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building partnerships to drive growth. You will conduct in-depth market research, create compelling presentations, and engage in effective communication to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate potential opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging effectively with clients and team members
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics is a plus
