Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Academic Counsellors. The role involves providing personalized academic and career counselling to students, guiding them toward suitable online degree programs. Responsibilities include advising on career paths, assisting with academic planning, ensuring students make informed decisions, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The Senior Academic Counsellors will collaborate with internal teams to provide top-tier guidance and contribute toward student success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support learners in making informed academic and professional choices
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders
- Experience in Academic Advising and understanding of education pathways for UG and PG programs
- Knowledge of the Education sector, including UGC-approved and AICTE-ranked universities
- Proficiency in maintaining student records and using CRM tools is preferred
- Empathetic approach towards diverse learner needs and challenges
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
