Role Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team as US Voice Process Sales Executives for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales interactions with customers based in the United States, explaining services, closing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling international clients, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and possess a strong passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 6 Months of experience in US Voice Process / International Voice Sales
✔ Strong communication and convincing skills in English
✔ Experience in outbound sales or customer acquisition
✔ Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment
✔ Excellent customer handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Comfortable working in Night Shifts
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a positive professional attitude
✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
