Role Overview
Opportunity for experienced sales professionals to engage with working professionals interested in career upskilling programs.
The role involves conducting consultative conversations, understanding career goals, and guiding prospects toward suitable learning programs, while consistently achieving revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement
- Connect with working professionals who have shown interest in upskilling programs
- Understand their career aspirations and professional goals
Consultative Sales
- Conduct structured conversations to assess experience and skill gaps
- Recommend suitable learning programs aligned with career growth
Objection Handling
- Address questions related to program fees, ROI, and time commitment
- Provide clear guidance to help prospects make informed decisions
Revenue Ownership
- Drive monthly sales conversions and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion outcomes
Relationship Building
- Build trust with prospects through consistent follow-ups and meaningful interactions
- Maintain long-term engagement with potential learners
Experience & Skills
- Professional experience in sales, business development, or consultative selling
- Exposure to EdTech sales environments is preferred
- Experience handling high-value program enrollments (₹50K+ deal size preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM-based sales processes (LSQ or similar tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
Education
- Graduate degree required
- Postgraduate qualification may be an added advantage
