Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating actionable insights, building and refining data models, and supporting business decision-making processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, interpreting trends, and delivering reporting solutions to meet key business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency with Data Analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Statistics and expertise in interpreting data patterns
- Proven skills in Data Modeling and structuring information for business use
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry or data governance frameworks is advantageous
