Role Overview
Looking for a
Senior BA / Consultant with strong expertise in
US Mortgage / Consumer Lending domain to drive
business analysis, consulting, and transformation initiatives .
Key Responsibilities
- Work across end-to-end mortgage lifecycle (Origination to Foreclosure)
- Gather requirements create BRD, FRD, user stories
- Develop As-Is / To-Be process flows
- Drive RFPs, PoVs, and whitepapers
- Collaborate with stakeholders lead initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- Strong US Mortgage / Lending domain
- Experience in Business Analysis (Agile, SDLC)
- Exposure to RFP, consulting, and strategy
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience with financial systems / COTS tools
