Job Title: Senior Business Analyst || Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in an on-site role. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensuring that solutions align with both business goals and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to capture their needs.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose process improvements and document solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements.
Project Support:
- Project Planning:
- Work with project managers to define timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Ensure that requirements are fully understood by development teams and are integrated into the project plan.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead discussions to keep teams aligned and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Scope and Change Management:
- Help manage project scope, ensuring that changes are properly assessed for their impact on timelines and resources.
- Maintain a clear focus on project goals and business objectives throughout.
Technical Liaison:
- Business-to-Technical Translation:
- Translate business needs into technical specifications that can be easily understood by developers.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet both business requirements and technical constraints.
- System Integration:
- Assist with the integration of new software into existing systems, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all business requirements are validated through testing.
- Help facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that the final solution meets business needs.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Ongoing Support:
- Provide post-launch support to ensure smooth implementation.
- Address any issues or enhancements that arise after delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on technical requirements and project support.
- Proven experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Skills & Competencies:
- Business Analysis: Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and analyzing data.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to understand technical concepts (e.g., databases, APIs) and translate them for business stakeholders.
- Project Management Support: Able to assist with project planning and ensure that business needs are integrated into the project scope.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
