Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mendix low-code platform projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with Mendix developers to design and implement solutions
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement discussions
- Create user stories, process flows, and business models
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Participate in testing (UAT) and validation of solutions
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience- 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Mendix (low-code platform)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation
- Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications- Mendix certification (e.g., Rapid Developer / Advanced Developer)
- Experience in digital transformation or low-code projects
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Soft Skills- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
