Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mendix low-code platform projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with Mendix developers to design and implement solutions
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement discussions
• Create user stories, process flows, and business models
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Participate in testing (UAT) and validation of solutions
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Mendix (low-code platform)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation
• Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Mendix certification (e.g., Rapid Developer / Advanced Developer)
• Experience in digital transformation or low-code projects
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
