Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst - Loan and Leasing, based in Bengaluru. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis to support business decisions and collaborating with teams to optimize loan and leasing operations and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, ensuring clear and actionable deliverables.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, present findings, and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and optimizing Business Processes, particularly in loan and leasing operations.
- Experience in financial services or lending domains is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
