Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies. This role requires a self-managed individual contributor who can effectively drive projects to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the insurance domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate project execution and team collaboration.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in business analysis within the insurance sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience with Scrum Framework.
• Domain expertise in insurance sales and policy servicing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
