- Expertise in Credit / Loan Originations (Traditional and Digital) and a full understanding of end-to-end lifecycle.
- Experience in working with Risk and Credit Policies, Strategies and Decision and Score Models.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Understanding of Decision Harvesting Workbook (DHW) and its best practices is must
- Strong documentation, implementation & analytical skills and familiarity with various tools e.g., Office, Visio, Smart Draw.
- Experience creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Understanding of JSON is must
- Prior experience with FICO BRE projects
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for credit/loan origination systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent team management and mentor capability with proven record of managing projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience management of internal and external stakeholder
