Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Kolkata. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and defining business requirements, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating detailed documentation, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Knowledge of defining and managing Business Requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry is a plus
