Senior Business Analyst — Reservation Systems

We are seeking a motivated and focused Senior Business Analyst to join our Product team. In this role you will develop deep expertise in a mission-critical reservation platform that serves multiple brands, combining strong analytical skills with genuine technical depth to bridge business needs and engineering delivery.

What You'll Do
- Reservation System Expertise: Develop strong functional expertise in a multi-brand reservation platform, including legacy and modern modules
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and reservation workflows from stakeholders.
- Data & Database Analysis: Perform SQL-based data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and validate business logic using database objects.
- Integration & API Understanding: Understand and document platform integrations, APIs, and data flows across internal and third-party systems.
- Business–Engineering Bridge: Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Agile Practices, Support & Release Management: Lead Agile ceremonies, support UAT, coordinate releases, and manage platform configuration across brands.
What You'll Bring
- Professional Level: Senior Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or reservation/booking domains.
- Technical & Data Skills: Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, data structures, triggers, and data flow analysis.
- Integration Literacy: Practical understanding of APIs, REST services, system integrations, middleware, and data contracts.
- Reservation / Booking Domain Knowledge: Experience with complex booking or reservation platforms supporting multiple brands or business units.
- Multi-Functional Collaboration & Agile Expertise: Ability to work across business, technology, and operations teams with hands-on Agile and SDLC experience.
- Tool Proficiency & Analytical Mindset: Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, data-driven problem solving, and exposure to AI-focused initiatives is an advantage.
