Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk Management and Asset–Liability Management (ALM)
In‑depth knowledge of Liquidity Regulatory Metrics (LCR, NSFR, etc.)
Expertise in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes across functional domains like Accounting , Risk etc
Ability to identify business value, benefits realization, and KPIs
Perform GAP analysis between current state and target state solutions
Lead and facilitate workshops, governance forums, and executive committees (OpCos, SteerCos)
Stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies
Backlog management, prioritization, and refinement in collaboration with Product Owners
Capacity planning and roadmap preparation aligned with delivery milestones
Ability to oversee delivery execution and ensure adherence to timelines and scope
Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
Define and document data requirements, data lineage, and data quality rules
Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and analytical tools for data validation and insights
Experience handling Production L3 issues, including root cause analysis
Coordinate with IT , business etc team to ensure timely resolution
Implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives
