Service Excellence designs, implements, and maintains scalable, efficient, and user-centric Enterprise Service Management (ESM) capabilities that connect Sanofi employees and partners with operations through standardized frameworks and solutions The Business Analyst supports the implementation and maintenance of service management solutions, ensuring effective delivery across various platforms. This role assists in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience. The Business Analyst works under supervision to maintain operational solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.Main ResponsibilitiesSolution Implementation and SupportSupport the implementation and maintenance of operational solutions across Portal, Ticketing, Chatbot, Telephony, Reporting, and Survey platformsConfigure and customize solutions based on business requirements with supervisionProvide Level 3 support to teams using solutions in-scopeExecute changes linked to rollouts, enhancements, and upgradesRequirements Analysis and DocumentationAssist in requirements gathering for solutionsPerform analysis and documentation for business requirementsSupport stakeholders in the decision-making processDefine test cases and execute SIT and/or UAT – support requestors in test executionStakeholder ManagementFacilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensusMaintain regular contact with stakeholders from Business OperationsDiscuss new requests/priorities and facilitate decision makingSend regular updates to key stakeholders and end-user communities about changesTeam Coordination and Knowledge ManagementGuide activities for other Business Analysts by coordinating dependencies and providing supportSupport onboarding of new team membersEnsure Knowledge Base content and work instructions are maintainedConduct end-user training on new releases and application rolloutsPerformance Analysis and ImprovementProvide on-demand analysis and reports on service management performanceIdentify opportunities for process and solution improvementsMonitor solution performance and take preventive/corrective actionsImplement continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedbackExperienceAbout you4+ years of experience in business analysis, solution implementation, or related fieldsHands-on experience with business systems rollout, administration, and supportExperience with service management tools and data analyticsBackground in business operations with focus on solution deliveryExperience in a cross-functional environmentSoft skillsWell-organized with ability to structure, prioritize, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills with ability to present to various stakeholdersProblem-solving approach to solution implementation and supportEffective business partnering and stakeholder managementAnalytical thinking with ability to connect solutions to business needsTechnical skillsAdvanced in MS Office suite, particularly ExcelIntermediate in requirements and specifications definitionIntermediate in testing (strategy, definition, and execution)Intermediate in tool administration/configuration (ServiceNow: CSM, SPM, HRSD)Intermediate in SQL (complex queries, data validation, data mapping)Intermediate in Data analysis, data mapping, and data modellingIntermediate in Data visualization (Power BI, reports, and dashboards)Intermediate in Data lakes and cloud data platforms (ex: Snowflake) Intermediate inIntermediate in Project management methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)Intermediate in service management frameworksBasic knowledge in APIs/Interfaces (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)Basic knowledge in GenAI (Prompt engineering, Data management)Basic knowledge in Data privacy and compliance principles (ex: GDPR, GxP)Languages: English (fluent)Pursue Progress, discover ExtraordinaryBetter is out there.
