Overview
These roles are a customer-facing position responsible for driving pre-sales activities, managing sales partners, and supporting technical sales cycles. The candidates will work across solution design, partner enablement, proposal creation, and technical validation to help win new business and support ongoing opportunities. The roles demand strong communication skills, solid technical aptitude, and the ability to translate product capabilities into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, perform requirement discovery, and map them to relevant product capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos, PoCs, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
- Create documentation including use-case mappings, functional write-ups, and responses for RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with the technical and product team
- Assist sales teams in deal qualification, customer queries, and solution scoping to ensure the right fit between client needs and product offerings.
- Demonstrate and articulate the value of the company’s Visual AI products through live demos, technical walkthroughs, and feasibility assessments.
Sales Partner Management Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and enable sales partners with updated product knowledge, sales collaterals, pricing inputs, and competitive intelligence.
- Act as the single point of coordination for partner queries, training, pipeline tracking, and opportunity support.
- Ensure partners adhere to commercial guidelines and reporting requirements while jointly driving pipeline growth and deal closures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and partner events.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the product portfolio, AI/tech ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Track leads, opportunities, and activities through internal tools and provide periodic reports to leadership.
