About Position
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with a strong background in API documentation, insurance domain knowledge, and hands-on expertise in integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience interacting with clients, and the ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments.

What You'll Do
- Design, create, update, and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for RESTful services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform hands-on integration tasks including API testing, service validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth execution of integration workflows in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Support endtoend integration across systems using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Document integration workflows, interface specifications, and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to drive high-quality delivery.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to system/application integration.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong working knowledge of the Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, etc.).
- Prior experience working in Agile delivery projects (Scrum, Kanban).
