Role: BUSINESS ANALYST
Experience: 7-10 years
Location: Chennai - WFO
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for delivering the customized implementation of the Banking Business Implementation software product to our customers and when not doing that bringing in new features to their product which enhances sell ability of the software product for our target customer base.
- This would normally involve conversations with various stakeholders of the bank, quick-on the spot thinking to provide elegant design options, backing your recommendation with data and logic and expressing your thoughts via flow diagram tools like process flows, clear choice documents and pro- cons analysis.
- A lot of prioritization of features, documentation, conflict resolution, being able to defend our design but quick to change it when need be, staying strong when deadline for any change in design is crossed, suggesting work-arounds in case a perfect solution is not possible due to some constraint.
- Business Analyst must have strong banking knowledge.
- Business Analysts must have discussion with Client for their requirement and check the feasibility of requirement, prepare Business Requirement Document and have a discussion with technical team and validate all deliverables and obtain UAT sign off from customer.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Perform quality assurance.
- Own and develop relationship with customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Skill set Required:
- Must have degree in Business or equivalent work experience in a banking and/or finance and/or operations environment required.
- A minimum of 5 years of banking, financial services, and/or relevant experience including products and services, bank regulations and core systems or equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years of managing projects and project pipeline management required. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proven experience in problem solving required.
- Willing to travel to customer’s site and work on site and have regular work attendance.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with other co-workers regardless of personality, presence or communication style
- Must be able to provide cordial customer service regardless of customer personality, presence or communication style
