Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Create high-quality product documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and easy to understand for technical and non-technical teams
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with clients and internal teams
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are correctly implemented
- Maintain traceability of requirements and manage changes effectively
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong expertise in product documentation and requirement writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must-have)
- Ability to present ideas clearly and interact confidently with stakeholders
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
