Job Title: Business Analyst – US Healthcare (Payer Side)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including strong exposure to the payer side. The candidate should have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be proficient in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, user story creation, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements related to US Healthcare and payer-side RCM processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define solutions
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and manage tasks using Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence
- Support process improvements and ensure timely delivery of business solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare and RCM processes (payer side preferred)
- Experience in HCC or DRG Medical Coding
- Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
