Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Abroad. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, identifying and documenting business requirements, improving business processes, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. The role also involves developing data-driven insights and making recommendations to enhance business performance and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and assessing complex business challenges
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in Business Process improvement and process mapping
- Ability to gather, document, and analyze Business Requirements
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, with strong project management capabilities
- Familiarity with immigration consulting or visa process workflows is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
