Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based in Hyderabad. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing business processes, and defining requirements for various projects. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also be tasked with evaluating and improving current business operations and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Business Requirements documentation
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders and conveying technical information in a clear manner
- Experience with Business Process improvement methods and tools to enhance organizational efficiency
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, or other business analysis and modeling software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is desirable
