Job Title: Business Analyst (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Chennai (WFO)
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
*Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user stories
*Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance business processes
*Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
*Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
*Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data models where required
*Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
*Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
*Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
*Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Experience with data analysis and reporting
Preferred Skills:
*Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying
*Experience in Agile environments and Scrum ceremonies
*Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau
*Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality or E-commerce
