You’ll be responsible for understanding business problems deeply, structuring them clearly, and driving solutions that create measurable impact. The expectation is simple — clarity in thinking, precision in execution, and strong influence across teams.
What you will be working on
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation — BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Drive requirement prioritization and support product roadmap decisions
- Define success metrics and track outcomes of implemented solutions
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in business analysis (5+ years)
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with requirement documentation and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
