Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The role includes developing detailed documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Proficiency in Business Process management and optimization techniques.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with creating detailed project documentation and presenting findings to leadership.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose actionable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
