Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients/stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and sprint discussions.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
- Identify process improvements and recommend effective business solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in product-based and client/service-based project environments.
- Proficiency in requirement documentation and process modeling.
- Good understanding of APIs, workflows, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
