About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Newgen Software. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Business Process Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Payment Hub solutions to deliver compelling value propositions to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in consulting, research, solution implementation, and presales enablement activities that align with client business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management and stakeholders, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BPM, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Payment Solutions.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, financial services, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering demos and proof of concepts to senior executives.
- Ability to analyze RFPs, formulate relevant questions, and develop tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the trade solutions domain.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and industry events.
Responsibilities
The incumbent would be responsible for:
Leveraging Newgen's BPM expertise and experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain, and Payment Hub to provide compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
Consulting, research, implementation, and enablement of presales activities that result in the best solutions aligned with business objectives as a Consulting Practitioner.
Working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop integrated business and operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value.
Responsible for delivering product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) at the CXO and senior management levels to showcase solution capabilities and benefits.
Ability to understand Request for Proposal (RFP) content, formulate relevant questions, and gather critical information necessary for tailored solutions.
Understanding key client business drivers, pain points, and effectively communicating these insights to all stakeholders involved.
Partnering with the business to evaluate organizational goals, identify core problems, and guide business and technology transformation initiatives.
Proactively participating in thought leadership activities such as blogs, webinars, and whitepapers targeted at banking and financial industry audiences.
Conducting research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends and emerging trade solutions, ensuring Newgen's offerings remain competitive and innovative.
