Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Business Administration
Relevant Experience:
8-10 years of experience in large scale project management
Knowledge:
Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics / dashboards for reporting and able to transform an idea/strategy into a product through process mapping and requirements writing
Quantitative skills:
Ability to utilize numeric data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Problem solving skills:
Must be naturally curious and result-oriented individuals who not only identify problems but find solutions to them
Teamwork abilities:
Able to work with cross-functional team (internal & client based) in handling cross functional initiatives and bridging the gap between the business/operations and technology
Communication skills:
Require exceptional verbal and written communications skills to effectively work with teams, vendors, and clients from diverse backgrounds
Project Management skills:
Required skills to effectively get projects completed through others. Able to coach, mentor, and drive teams to be their best individually as well contribute optimally to group projects, and complete projects within required time frames
Responsibilities (not limited to below)
As a Business analyst, you’ll be responsible for working with a Program Manager to:
● manage multiple projects/pilots/Ops with minimal supervision for its entire life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, and closure)
● developing project plans and monitoring performance
● define and document the requirements by working closely with cross-functional teams
● Identify the bottlenecks and implement the mitigation proactively
● analyze & gather conclusions in shape of practical recommendations from data coming from past scenarios and new projects
● deliver slick presentations to c-suite executives
● define, document & implement the processes. Also ensure the compliance
● identify & finalize the potential partners based on the scope
Minimum qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience
● Experience as a Business Analyst in pre-sales or consulting related to any technology or a software product
● Experience in project management & stakeholder management is preferred
● Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
● Excellent documentation skills
● Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members at all levels
● The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
● A history of leading and supporting successful projects
● Experience in handling international stakeholders will be an advantage
● Understanding of SQL will be an added advantage
