🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Advanced) — Remote
B-IoT Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term engagement supporting top-tier enterprise clients. If you're equally comfortable in Agile Scrum and Waterfall environments, hold active PMP and CSM certifications, and have led complex initiatives from concept through implementation — we want to hear from you.
📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, W2, with benefits 📅 Duration: Long-term, multi-year engagement with stable funding
🔑 What You'll Do
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across Agile and Waterfall workstreams
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder working sessions; support Scrum ceremonies and release planning
• Develop process models, workflow diagrams, gap analyses, and traceability matrices to support solution design and testing
• Partner with product owners, architects, developers, and QA to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
• Support UAT planning and execution, change management, and post-implementation adoption
• Produce executive-level documentation, status reporting, and decision briefs for client leadership
✅ Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of business analysis experience on large-scale enterprise programs
• Active PMP and CSM certifications
• Demonstrated delivery experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, including hybrid environments
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
⭐ Preferred
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, data analytics, or DevSecOps delivery environments
