We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in application development, AI solutions, and public service sector projects.
Requirements:
* Experience in business analysis and application development projects
* Knowledge of AI/digital solutions
* Public Service / Government sector experience preferred
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
* Familiarity with system integration and testing
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and government officers
Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements
* Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams
* Manage communication and coordination with government officers, vendors, and stakeholders
* Support system development and implementation
* Drive digital transformation initiatives
* Prepare functional specifications and project documentation
* Support UAT, testing, and deployment activities
* Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure successful delivery
