Role: Senior Business Analyst – AI & Regulatory Compliance

Role Summary :-
Senior or Lead Business Analyst to support selection (RFP), design, and delivery of a Regulatory Horizon Scanning capability leveraging data + Agentic AI/NLP /Data Science for improved relevance, noise reduction, and auditable regulatory change management across geographies and regulatory domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFP and vendor evaluation for the Regulatory Horizon Scanning tool (requirements, scoring matrix, demos, due diligence, recommendation).
- Gather requirements from Country Compliance and Specialist Compliance teams; document end-to-end process flows (notifications → triage → obligations → impact assessment → actions/reporting).
- Define data model and integration requirements for regulatory updates (APIs, Excel/PDF uploads, regulator websites) including metadata, lineage, versioning, and audit trail.
- Partner with CE - AI/engineering teams to define NLP/AI requirements (entity extraction, classification, relevance scoring, summarisation, routing/personalisation) and human-in-the-loop review controls and potential models and Define AI eval
- Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and support UAT; ensure reporting/KPIs for noise reduction, turnaround time, and coverage.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a BA in financial services (Compliance/Risk/RegTech preferred) with Data Science and AI experience
- Strong capability in data analysis and data structures (schemas, mappings, metadata, quality checks).
- Previously worked upon knowledge of AI/NLP concepts pref Agentic AI as well
- Experience running RFPs/vendor selection and managing senior stakeholders.
