Role Description
The Senior Business Account Manager (Field) will oversee client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing key accounts, onboarding clients, and supporting product implementation for gated communities. The role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to maximize market share. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, business development, or client relations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of community management systems or real estate technology is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet targets.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing client experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
