About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Branding Manager to drive end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and growth initiatives.
This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team management, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, performance, and brand)
Build, manage, and scale marketing teams
Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand positioning initiatives
Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights and KPIs
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing-business alignment
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimization
Strengthen brand visibility, PR, and market presence
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and execution
- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing functions and driving business growth
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building
- Experience in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI measurement
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- Exposure to B2C marketing and Branding
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
