We are hiring for a company, and looking for specializing in mid to senior and leadership roles, we help organizations and professionals make better-informed hiring and career decisions. Compensation: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 5–7 Years
We are seeking a creative and strategic Branding Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen our corporate and employer brand. This role will focus on developing impactful brand strategies, driving digital storytelling, and executing communication campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from Tier-1 B-Schools or leading advertising agencies, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver measurable brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development
- Define and implement brand positioning aligned with the organization’s vision and business goals.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and communication channels.
- Employer Branding
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate closely with HR and recruitment teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Digital Storytelling & Campaigns
- Create compelling digital content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Lead integrated campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and internal communications.
- Communication & Engagement
- Partner with leadership to craft clear and impactful messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in brand strategy and positioning.
- Experience in employer branding and talent communication.
- Proficiency in digital storytelling and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background from Tier-1 B-Schools or advertising agencies preferred.
Candidate Profile
5–7 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
Proven track record of managing brand campaigns and employer branding projects.
Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical insights.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
