We are hiring for a client in the branding & marketing space based out of Gurugram.
Looking for a Brand Strategy & Creative Intelligence professional from a core agency background who understands brands beyond just campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in brand strategy, creative planning & client servicing
• Worked across small, niche and large-scale brands
• Ability to build brand journeys, positioning & communication strategy
• Strong understanding of content, design, visual language & storytelling
• Someone who can translate business challenges into impactful campaigns
• Strategically strong but equally hands-on with execution
• Sharp eye for creativity, culture, consumer behavior & trends
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
• AI-aware and understands evolving marketing ecosystems
Key Responsibilities:
• Build brand and communication strategies for clients
• Lead strategic thinking from insight to execution
• Collaborate with creative, content and servicing teams
• Create campaign narratives, brand positioning and growth roadmaps
• Drive client conversations and strategic recommendations
• Work on pitch strategies, campaign planning and brand growth ideas
Preferred Background:
Candidates strictly from branding, advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR or creative agency setups.
Experience level- 9-13 years
