Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a 10-12 member team, driving recruitment, hiring, performance management, and HR policy adherence.

Own client and influencer/agency relationships, nurturing partnerships for long-term loyalty and collaboration.

Drive business development through proactive upselling, pipeline building, and pitching integrated agency services.

Ensure end-to-end project ownership, enforcing timelines, schedules, and timely delivery across self and team.

Manage financials including budgeting, billing, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and P&L health.

Oversee campaign management, inter- and cross-department coordination, and workflow optimization via SOPs.

Champion legal compliance, risk mitigation, and high-quality execution for all projects.

Analyze campaign performance; deliver strategic insights, RFPs, and reports.


Requirements

5-7+ years in advertising/digital agencies, with 3+ years leading teams of 10+, owning P&L, and driving upselling/revenue.

⁠Expertise across client/influencer management, campaigns, production, financials, and team leadership.

Strong in BD, vendor mgmt, SOPs, recruitment, and cross-functional coordination.

Advanced proficiency in project tools (Google Suite), analytics, billing systems.
