Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager based in the Greater Kolkata area. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will oversee brand strategy development, manage marketing campaigns, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing marketing content, analyzing campaign performance, managing partnerships, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves leading a team, collaborating on creative strategies, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Campaign Management
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Performance Analytics, and SEO/SEM
- Leadership abilities, including team management and strategic collaboration
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Previous experience in luxury or beauty industry marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
