Job Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager (Client Servicing) – Digital Marketing will take the lead in managing key client accounts and driving strategic brand growth at 8 Views. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and aligning business goals with effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of agency experience, a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact accounts while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor for all campaign-related needs.
- Deeply understand each client’s business goals and brand positioning to develop tailored marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
- Manage all aspects of client communications, ensuring expectations are understood, addressed, and exceeded.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and social campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with creative, performance marketing, SEO, and other internal teams.
- Oversee performance marketing campaign results across all brands handled, working closely with the performance marketing team to analyze outcomes, optimize campaigns, and drive maximum ROI.
- Prepare and present insightful campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding decision-making and future planning.
- Oversee client budgets with a focus on efficient resource allocation to achieve business goals without compromising quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the client servicing team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital strategies, marketing funnels, and key performance metrics.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple accounts or teams successfully.
- A creative mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management cabilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite; familiarity with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
