Role Description
The Senior Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day branch operations, devising and implementing strategic plans, supervising staff to achieve performance goals, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The role also requires building strong client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving branch success through team leadership and targeted problem-solving.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong business acumen, strategic decision-making skills, and the ability to execute operational plans effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client and team relationships.
- Experience in analyzing financial performance, achieving sales targets, and managing branch budgets.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret customer feedback and use insights for process improvement.
- Ability to handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and implement conflict resolution strategies effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within a similar operational or customer-centered business environment is advantageous.
